You may already know that there is a world-wide hard drive shortage as a direct result of the natural disaster in Thailand. As a result of the flooding, market prices have nearly quadrupled. The extreme cost increases have forced us to temporarily institute a price increase on all Digital Video Recorders (DVR's).
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Our market information currently suggests that we may be past this shortage by the end of the 1st quarter of 2012. We hope that the market situation stabilizes and that we are not forced to further increase this surcharge.
